I got a nicely furnished and reasonably large room with a couch and an iron. The staff were amiable and excellent!

Clean hotel, services were good and location was awesome close to everything. Got king room with a fridge and microwave as expected, liked it.

The staff at Platinum Inn were extremely helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to assist us with our luggage and getting us a downstairs room when needed. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a corner view and convenient parking right in front of our room.

During our stay over Christmas, we found two standout features at this hotel: the spacious and well-equipped rooms and the convenient location. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. It was a pleasant surprise to find these in the room. The location was also ideal, with several dining options within walking distance or a short drive away. This made it easy for us to find a place to eat without having to go too far. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking space, which was a big plus.

Even though our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the breakfast provided by the hotel was not up to par.

Everything. The hotel was very secure and since my car was loaded with merchandise to sell at a local art fair the next day, I was comfortable with the security. Big plus!

The desk clerk was very nice; however, when I called for directions on how to get there, he was confused about the location of the hotel. He indicated that it was on the Eastbound side of IH10, when, in fact, it is on the Westbound side of IH10.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. I love the microwave, fridge, dvd player and flat screen.

There was no coffee pot in the room, the outlets were in strange places and not a whole lot of parking.

The room we had included central heating, TV set, and a microwave. Bathtubs in the reasonably clean bathroom was super awesome.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and with kitchenettes and couch, as example, had everything I needed. The staff were pleasant and exceptional in case of questions.
